Business tip of the day: Is your message always the same?

In today’s world of social media the companies message can change depending on the person presenting it; sales people will present a message geared towards sales while customer service representatives a message gear it towards keeping the customer happy. These messages maybe very similar but yet leave very different impressions on the public; I do not advocate micromanaging, but I do advocate training and monitoring to ensure the message being presented is the one the companies management approves. Provide your staff with parameters and approved content to avoid misunderstandings as well as potential lawsuits.
