Find the Decision Maker

Whether you are selling in retail, business to business or in home; do not waste your time selling to someone who can not make the decision to buy. Give away information and encourage them to come back with the decision maker but do not waste your time on making a complete pitch! How do you determine who the decision maker is? It is easy; ask! If you are afraid to ask questions; then you need to get out of sales.
